Refund Policy

As a result of this commitment, InstaBling provides a 30-day warranty for all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply email us at info@instablignny.com and obtain a return authorization number.
TERMS
- Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of the order receipt date.
- After 14 days only exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the order receipt date.
- Buyer pays return shipping unless goods are defective or there is a shipping error.
- Returned products must be unworn and in sellable condition. Damaged or modified products (scratches, personalization, etc.) can not be returned.
- Shipping will only be refunded in the case of defective products.
Body Jewelry, Grillz, and Sale Items are final sale and cannot be returned.
